A 25min documentary about Herne Hill Velodrome. The track has known some hard times with its main building now closed-down due to deterioration and political feuds that stopped any long term redevelopment. This is the back drop to a series of moving interviews with cycling enthusiasts ranging from a 1948 Olympic medallist to eight-year-old track users who all want the track to stay open.
